About the PROJECT
Niche Productions is a specialist production management company delivering immersive and experiential projects across the UK and internationally. Our work spans large-scale theatre productions, site-specific installations, and live experiences for high-profile companies such as Punchdrunk, Darkfield, Immersive Everywhere, Backyard Cinema, and Speakeasy Project, working on projects such as Viola's Room and recently announced The Traitors Live Experience plus more large-scale IP-based experiences soon to be announced.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Production Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their production career, with the opportunity to lead on smaller projects while supporting senior team members on larger productions.
Job Overview
Niche Productions is seeking a Junior Production Manager to support the delivery of immersive and experiential projects across the UK and internationally.
This full-time role, based in Lewisham, London, involves a hybrid working structure with a mix of onsite, office-based, and remote work. The successful candidate will lead smaller productions while providing key support on larger, high-profile projects, overseeing logistics, scheduling, budgeting, and technical elements.
The role requires UK and international travel, with some projects involving extended periods away from home.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual with experience in theatre, live events, or immersive production. Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Career development opportunities are available, with progression towards Production Manager and Senior Production Manager roles. Training, including Vectorworks Spotlight, will be provided if required.
