Caitlin Ferrara

Head of General Management

Caitlin Ferrara is a General Manager, Producer, and Operations professional with

nearly two decades of experience across theatre, film, and television in both the UK

and the United States.


Caitlin began her career in Los Angeles, working in talent management and

television production before relocating to the UK.


Over the past fifteen years, Caitlin has worked at the intersection of creative

development, production, and business operations. As part of the leadership team at

Anthology Theatre and the wider Anthology Group, she played a central role in

building operational infrastructure and supporting the company’s evolution from a

small start-up into a multi-project theatre production business. Alongside leading

operations, HR processes, governance, and executive coordination, she also

developed extensive experience in theatrical general management and production.


Her production credits span workshops, industry presentations, large-scale concert

events, children’s theatre, and West End productions. Recent credits include General

Manager for Bleak Expectations at the Criterion Theatre, Executive Producer for Jo:

The Little Women Musical in concert at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, and General

Manager for Jungle Rumble and Magical Merlin at the Fortune Theatre.


Caitlin is recognised for her ability to connect teams, maintain clarity across multiple

stakeholders, and support ambitious creative projects with calm, strategic oversight.

She brings a deep understanding of both the creative and operational demands of

the entertainment industry.
