General Management

Operational leadership and commercial oversight for the people, processes and detail that keep a production moving.

We keep productions running smoothly so producers can focus on the creative work. From a one-night event to a multi-year immersive experience, we shape the support around the project, whether that means a full-time General Manager or focused short-term support.

Our General Managers oversee the operational detail that keeps a production on track: contracts, budgets, forecasts, payroll, schedules, suppliers and communication. We can also coordinate HR administration, safeguarding, travel, licensing, compliance and end-of-project reporting, flexing from a single role to full central management.

Production Management

We translate creative ambition into a practical plan that can be built, staffed and delivered. Our team can join from the first production meeting and stay through opening and ongoing operations, supporting departments and adapting to the needs of the show.

We coordinate the people, suppliers, schedule, budget and decisions that bring a production together. Our support can include Production Directors, Heads of Production, Production Managers and Coordinators, as well as rehearsals, fit-ups, technical periods, previews, handover and ongoing maintenance.

Technical Direction

Technical leadership that connects creative ideas to the systems, teams and spaces that deliver them.

Complex productions need technology that feels effortless to an audience. We bring technical direction into the conversation early, connecting creative ambition with practical systems, aligned departments and reliable delivery from pre-production through opening and ongoing support.

We coordinate technical teams and suppliers, develop documentation and system plans, and oversee integration, installation, testing and commissioning. From a single-room experience to a large immersive environment, we help make sure each element works safely and as part of the whole.

Site Management

On-the-ground leadership for temporary, permanent and site-specific spaces.

We take ownership of a space from key handover to return, coordinating the people, access, logistics and daily activity that keep the site safe and moving. Our teams work across warehouses, pop-ups and live venues, in close contact with production, venue, landlord and contractor teams.

We manage access, deliveries, work plans, inductions, site checks and progress reporting, while supporting crew welfare and responding to the needs of each location. Our site management can cover installation, handover, live operation, maintenance and derig.

Design Studio

Production design that supports the story and works in the real world.

Our Design Studio brings creative and technical thinking together to shape environments, objects and visual worlds. We have experience across theatre, immersive and live experiences, including set, prop and costume design, art direction and the creative development of The Traitors experience.

We can work from the first sketch through to production-ready drawings and delivery, using tools including AutoCAD, Vectorworks and Blender. Whether you need a complete design team or specific skills at a key stage, we tailor our involvement to the project.

Line producing

A single lead to take a project forward on the Executive Producer’s behalf.

We can take a project and run with it on the Executive Producer’s behalf, turning the brief into a clear plan and leading the work through delivery. We become the day-to-day production lead, coordinating the people, decisions, schedule, budget and suppliers needed to move the project forward.

We shape the line producing role around the project and its governance, keeping the Executive Producer informed with clear reporting and escalation. Through our close partnerships with ticketing and marketing companies, we can coordinate those workstreams as part of a joined-up, end-to-end delivery team.
