About the PROJECT

The General Manager will work across a portfolio of high-profile immersive and experiential productions, including The Traitors: Live Experience, Peppa Pig: Surprise Party and other projects currently in development. Each project sits at a different stage of its lifecycle, from long-running London operations to new openings and touring / international rollouts, offering a varied and fast-paced working environment.


These productions require a strong understanding of commercial theatre, live operations and immersive formats. The role will support the continued growth and evolution of each project, helping to maintain performance in existing venues while also contributing to the development of new iterations in the UK and internationally. Across all projects, there is a focus on delivering high-quality audience experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and long-term commercial success.

Job Overview

The General Manager oversees the successful day-to-day operation of Niche Productions Group’s portfolio of productions, including long-running experiences such as The Traitors: Live Experience and Peppa Pig: Surprise Party.


In addition to managing existing shows, the role leads the company’s General Management department, supporting new business acquisition and establishing robust systems, processes and reporting across all projects. The position also plays a key role in international development, working with senior leadership to build scalable General Management frameworks for touring productions and overseas markets.


The role carries overall responsibility for production finances and contractual oversight, working closely with the Director of Production and producers to manage freelance, creative and performer agreements.


During live operations, the General Manager ensures all departments operate effectively, on budget and in line with commercial and contractual requirements. With a strong focus on efficiency, accountability and risk management, the role drives cost-effective delivery while maintaining high production standards and audience experience, alongside fulfilling the broader responsibilities expected within a commercial immersive theatre environment.
