Niche Productions Group served as Technical Director for the 2024 season at Opera Holland Park, overseeing the technical delivery and infrastructure of the venue’s annual outdoor opera festival.
Our scope included managing the full installation and de-rig process, alongside supporting production departments with build and derig budgets and budget tracking across multiple disciplines. Working closely with both the venue and production teams, we ensured a seamless and cost-effective delivery of this large-scale seasonal operation in one of London’s most distinctive performance settings.
