Tokyo Nights is a large scale immersive dining and entertainment experience, blending live performance, hospitality and venue operations into one seamless guest journey.

Niche Productions Group has been appointed as General Manager for the production, overseeing the day to day operational coordination of the experience. Acting as the central point between all departments, NPG manages communication and workflow across venue operations, bar and food service, ticketing, marketing and the producers to ensure the experience operates efficiently and delivers a high quality guest experience.

Our role includes overseeing operational strategy, staffing structures, audience flow, reporting processes, contractor coordination and on site management, ensuring all departments remain aligned both operationally and commercially throughout the run of the production.
