Amy Mawer

Amy is the Production Co-ordinator here at Niche Productions Group.

She has an MA in Advanced Theatre Practice from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and a BA (Hons) in Theatre from the University of Chichester. After completing her masters, she honed her creative practice into stage management and accidently found herself within the world of immersive theatre. Project, after project, she completely fell in love with the style, a common interest that drew her to working with Niche Productions Group.

Her immersive credits include The Experience Agency, Fever and Paramount’s Dexter: The Experience, Avalon and ebp’s Taskmaster: The Live Experience, RGM’s Priscilla The Party (West End), Secret Cinema’s Wishmas, Rematch Live’s Rumble in the Jungle, Immersive Everywhere’s Peaky Blinder’s: The Rise (London & Riyadh), Selladoor’s Monopoly Lifesized, and Darkfield’s Eulogy and Flight. Other credits include MCG and Sonia Friedman’s Saving Mozart, the Menier Chocolate Factory’s Elephant, Eleanor Lloyd’s Vardy V Rooney: The Wagatha Christie Trial (West End, UK & Ireland tour) and she was a Fringe First award winner with Francesca Moody’s VL – and that’s just to name a few over the past couple of years.

She loves the liveness of immersive theatre, the endless opportunities for new experimentation, space, technology and cutting-edge work. It is such a unique art form, with different outcomes for every audience member. It’s expanding the way we see and experience theatre, and it’s why it is the forefront of her work.
